I managed and oversaw all creative and omni channel touch points for the global Colgate Magik launch. This included storyboarding, casting, photo shoots, packaging, social media and video editing.

While creating ecomm packaging that wouldn’t damage during shipping, we also had to design all ecomm touchpoints to educate how to use.

Conceptualized and developed premium gift sets for the 2018 Yankee Candle holiday collection, elevating the customer's unboxing experience through subtle features and textures throughout the packaging. Collaborated with Graphic Designers and Packaging Engineers to create four gift sets that could easily be purchased and gifted without additional wrapping.

This campaign was built during a design-centered three-day sprint where my team focused on storefront marketing to make the statement that Yankee Candle is fresher, newer, and now worthy of a significant reconsideration for holiday shopping.

At the request of Target, I worked with a team of CMF and Graphic Designers to create and launch four limited edition candle collections to reintroduce the Yankee Candle brand back into Target stores. The collections were curated based on trend forecasting that Target loved and launched exclusively for their shelves.

I had the amazing opportunity to journey to Tokyo and learn about the rich history of Japan's gifting culture. This exploration allowed me to discover the backdrop of packaging practices and archetypes that could be made relevant to Newell products using structural packaging, wraps, CMF, adornment, and personalization.

How do you target a campaign that asks your audience to repurchase a pack of their favorite permanent markers in sets vs a few single-use purchases for Back to School and Black Friday shoppers? You create limited edition packs that follow the current design trends. With insight from the trend (CMF) team at Newell Brands, we created these camo-inspired animal-themed Sharpie packs. I led a two-day sketching session to generate concepts for the campaign in which all artwork was hand-drawn with Sharpies, and we incorporated those designs into special packages for Walmart and Target.

To prepare for National Coloring Day, I traveled to New York and worked with Cohn&Wolfe to write and art direct a few Insta vids, showing off Prismacolor’s coloring techniques. We shot three videos that taught viewers how to create dimension, unlock their inner artist, and how to color by layering the textures of markers and pencils.

Led a team of designers to concept, illustrate and deliver the first PaperMate Flair coloring kit. Created mood boards for coloring book themes, lead various sketch session to make sure illustrations were created to meet deadlines and collaborated with packaging engineers to ensure that coloring kits had elevated opening experiences. Also, worked closely with packaging engineers to make sure markers were placed in a tray within the package that kept them secure and elevated the kit’s overall style.

The Baby Jogger rebrand project aimed to rejuvenate and reshape the brand identity of the prominent baby stroller manufacturer. This extensive initiative thoroughly examined contemporary market trends, consumer preferences, and the parenting industry landscape to lay the groundwork for a strategic rebrand. While collaborating with cross-functional partners, the project sought to create a fresh and unified visual identity, exploring emerging themes and design aesthetics in parenting and lifestyle. This project included logo redesign, color palette updates, and new product designs. The overarching goal was to ensure that the visual elements authentically aligned with the brand's personality and resonated with the identified target demographic.

Store Display • Design

With the launch of the new Baby Jogger City Tour stroller, we were asked to create an in-store display that showed how small the stroller folds and fits into an easy carrying bag.

This project was to refresh the Sharpie brand in North America first then deploy globally across all touch points. The goal was to push the packaging structure and design into the daring and bold need state. However, after much deliberation, the final decision was to take the existing packaging and give it a modern lift.
